I take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. I only collect information that is related to your order. This includes your:
-Name
-Shipping Address
-Email Address
Since I use PayPal to process your payment, I do not have access to your Credit Card Information.
In addition I also collect information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. I use this data to prevent hacking attempts, help me know what web browsers people are using, and find out where my visitors are coming from so that I can improve marketing.
How Is My Information Used?
Your information is only used to fill your order. I do not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
Security and Storage
Only your order data, shipping, and order contents is stored on the server.
Data Retention
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for a time period of 4 years.
Shipping
I will engrave your purchase within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. I will ship your order the morning after engraving. I will always send a confirmation of shipping with a tracking number through Paypal. Generally I ship orders via First Class Mail, but also use Priority mail on occasion. First Class Mail takes 2-5 days for delivery to most states. Deliveries to some areas of Texas seem to take around 5-6 days.
Delivery of International shipments varies by region, and may be subject to customs and/or other fees for which the buyer will be responsible.
Refunds/Returns
Engraved items cannot be returned unless they are damaged during shipping. If shipping damage occurs, please contact me immediately so we can resolve the issue!
